Refund policy

Because this is a signed special edition preorder, all sales are final once the order has been placed, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or there is a fulfillment error.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact support@whatgrowsfromstone.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos if applicable.

If a preorder is canceled by the store before shipment, customers will receive a full refund to their original payment method.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for signed copies, preorder items, or special edition items except in cases of damage or fulfillment error.
